Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, maintain, and monitor corrosion control systems to measure internal, external, and atmospheric corrosion per industry standards.
  • •Perform non-destructive testing, continuity tests, soil resistivity surveys, and other special surveys.
  • •Install, test, adjust, and/or repair rectifiers, anodes, and test points; inspect, calibrate, maintain, and repair cathodic protection tools and equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair interference/foreign contact problems; inspect and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles.
  • •Complete and update reports and documents, including test readings, maps/plats/diagrams, job orders and completion reports, and governmental/regulatory or financial reports.

Salary: USD 83,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of related work experience in corrosion control.
  • •Experience with cathodic protection tools and equipment, including use, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Experience working with pipe coating and reading/interpreting maps, drawings, procedures, and survey results.
  • •Experience with facility/system operations and locating lines and One Call System policies/procedures.
  • •NACE Cathodic Protection/Corrosion certification preferred.
