Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate

Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Conduct financial due diligence focused on income statement and balance sheet areas, identify key risks and business drivers, and analyze net working capital, debt, and debt-like items. Draft and tailor transaction advisory reports, including Quality of Earnings, while partnering with senior leaders on proposals and business development. Supervise, train, and mentor associates and meet utilization targets.
