Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain probe cards for die sort production, including probe replacement, inspection, and alignment using precision tools and microscopes.
  • •Troubleshoot probe card and test interface-related issues.
  • •Perform equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance for die sort and/or die prep equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues in non-functioning manufacturing equipment and complete tasks according to published procedures.
  • •Support engineering experiments and qualifications, implement equipment configuration changes, support data collection, and maintain accurate repair records.
