Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery for a book of loan clients in the Corporate Trust business.
  • •Create technical report specifications from indenture language and interpret trust indentures for reporting requirements.
  • •Set up payment calculations in in-house systems and receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
  • •Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports and perform quality control reviews for timeliness and accuracy.
  • •Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals (trade testing) and coordinate with operations teams for correct payments; participate in new client proposals and lead business-related projects.

Key Requirements
