Field Service Technician (Entry Level) - Rochester, NY

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing and related equipment for commercial foodservice or laundry customers. Work independently in the field to deliver exceptional service and support customer retention. Use your knowledge of electronics, plumbing, mechanical systems, and root-cause troubleshooting, while operating common tools and devices (including laptop/cell phone) and using Salesforce and Microsoft Office for service needs. Occasional overnight travel and on-call coverage may be required.
