Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accounts payable processes: record supplier transactions, manage payment scheduling/settlement, review and reconcile AP details with the GL.
  • •Manage accounts receivable: record customer transactions, settle collections, issue sales invoices/credit notes, reconcile with the GL, and perform AR aging and overdue follow-up.
  • •Handle inventory/cost and fixed asset accounting: record relevant transactions, review reports for reconciliation with the GL, and support inventory counts and fixed asset physical counts.
  • •Perform IFRS 16 lease accounting including lease contract review, system upload, and related accounting.
  • •Support closing and compliance: shop sales reconciliation (POS vs ERP), cash discrepancy resolution and bank reconciliation follow-ups, withholding tax/VAT reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • •Relevant financial accounting experience within a multinational organization; CPA-firm experience preferred.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication.
  • •Experience handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and GL alignment.
  • •Ability to support month-end and quarter-end closing and related accounting activities.
