Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through closing for assigned practices.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, lead end-to-end talent acquisition, and adapt to changing headcount plans.
  • •Manage recruitment processes to deliver excellent candidate experience and fast turnaround times, including a multi-stage interview process with bias-reduction criteria.
  • •Track recruitment metrics, pipeline performance, and priorities, sharing results with internal stakeholders and continuously improving the process using data.
  • •Source active and passive candidates using creative multi-channel strategies, maintain ATS (Workday) data integrity, and nurture talent pipelines over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated ability to influence and achieve goals across a matrix of business leaders, HR partners, and external partners.
  • •Proven experience identifying, engaging, and closing excellent senior-level passive candidates in a highly competitive environment.
  • •Experience with structured recruiting processes and working with diverse interviewers to continuously monitor and improve decision-making quality.
  • •Must be metrics-driven and adept at using data to report on and improve the recruitment process (Workday experience is a plus).
  • •Strong executive communication skills and attention to detail, with operational excellence across many stakeholders and candidate pools.
