Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure commissioning tasks are properly implemented as per work standards and procedures.
  • •Organize and conduct electrical commissioning, including SAT, energization, and functional/operational testing of electrical and process systems.
  • •Work with ECMS/PMS/FMS and perform testing on HV/LV switching boards, protection relays, and MCC, including SCADA system familiarity.
  • •Prepare method statements/procedures, identify required test equipment, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain testing documentation.
  • •Lead commissioning activities, coordinate with other disciplines and vendors, report progress/potential delays, and ensure HSE compliance (PPE, PTW).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience, with at least 4 years in a key Commissioning role.
  • •Ability to organize and perform electrical commissioning activities including SAT, energization, and functional testing.
  • •Familiarity with electrical documents (single line diagrams, equipment layouts, schematic/logic diagrams, load list schedules, relay setting documents, earthing/lighting protection layouts, cable schedules).
  • •Ensure HSE compliance on site, including proper PPE and PTW adherence.
