Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise employees in a site, monitoring work and adjusting schedules to meet conditions and production needs.
  • •Design and implement operations improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
  • •Maintain quality control processes, lead process improvements, and drive metrics-focused improvement across production flow, staffing schedules, and resources.
  • •Supervise daily warehouse work (shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, picking/packing, palletizing) and manage space, delivery, distribution, and inventory reporting.
  • •Lead 5S and housekeeping activities, safety meetings/huddles, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervision, managing teams and daily operations.
  • •Experience implementing safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity improvement strategies in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean (or related methodologies) are a plus.
