Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device (TC-75).
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and apply work order numbers and routing labels; provide sale identification windshield codes.
  • •Identify and flag “no key” vehicles, direct transporters to vehicle drop zones, and inspect/report transport damage.
  • •Remove and clear personal information and reset navigation system data to comply with customer data privacy policies.
  • •Perform basic facility/equipment support (cleanliness, fit tunnel maintenance) and assist with additional operational duties as assigned.
