Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end onboarding for complex clients, including preparation of advisory and custodial account agreements.
  • •Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance, including retirement coding reconciliations and other complex maintenance.
  • •Handle asset movement requests and process retirement/annuity rollovers through completion, using independent judgment.
  • •Coordinate Separately Managed Accounts and subdocument processing, plus offboarding notifications and returned mail/abandoned property accounts.
  • •Provide proactive client communication, resolve complex issues without escalation, and lead process optimization and training/mentorship within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or related experience, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in financial services with proven quality control and process proficiency.
