Job Summary

Drive and nurture relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrator (SI) partners to strengthen and expand collaboration and drive growth. Own strategic go-to-market initiatives, partner practice development, and a results-oriented partner management lifecycle across the partner alliance. Coordinate cross-functional work with sales, product, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing, including co-marketing and deal support, while delivering on revenue and program performance targets.

•Develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives with longtail partners, including target markets/industries, joint solutions, and quota-carrying goals.
•Drive partner practice development by evaluating partner capabilities and activating GTM programs, including certification growth plans and enablement.
•Manage the alliance development lifecycle through a 360-degree partner relationship approach and self-starter execution.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, marketing) to ensure seamless partner/customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
•Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and provide deal support (deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and alignment with Sales Leadership) while monitoring partner performance metrics.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,200 - 216,825 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
•10+ years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, and technology business development.
•5+ years of channel sales or channel program management with accountability for revenue targets.
•Demonstrated track record and established relationships with System Integrators.
•Working knowledge of cloud environments; strong executive presence and communication skills.
