•Manage a team of Android and iOS engineers as they design, build, ship, and maintain Oura app features.
•Oversee and manage the development and delivery of highly technical cross-functional projects, while collaborating closely with engineering teams and colleagues in the EU.
•Contribute to the planning and scoping of critical projects and own the execution and delivery of engineering efforts.
•Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Design, Science, Research, Data Science, Regulatory, Marketing and other teams across our global organization.
•Mentor your reports to help develop their skills and foster professional growth.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5+ years experience in software engineering, of which 2+ years were as a manager of software engineers.

•Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile applications and/or the systems that power them.
