•Lead and empower a diverse Solutions Consultants team across London.
•Participate in customer and prospect meetings with your team.
•Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
•Define and execute a technical pre-sales strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
•Build and implement programs to scale Solutions Consulting, and monitor team performance to exceed goals.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience, with 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers and direct accountability for team performance, mentorship, and feedback.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
•Proven success collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
•Hands-on problem solver who mentors effectively and can also jump in as needed, with a track record designing and implementing strategic programs across teams.
•Experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping.
