Manager Vendor & Performance

Manage vendor relationships and service-provider performance to support business continuity and operational effectiveness. Drive achievement of financial and performance targets against budgets, monitor service delivery, and oversee day-to-day operational deliverables. Lead strategic planning and continuous process improvement, ensuring KPIs are met and policies (including Security, HR, and Operations) are followed. Produce regular operational and financial analysis, and coordinate recurring leadership meetings.
