Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes aligned to directives with the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan visual floor changes with the management team using payroll management and adapting visual support to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities across product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as necessary.
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by coaching associates, supporting recruitment and development, and partnering on cross-functional training and company directives.
