•Contribute to touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations with the Managing Director/Floor Director.
•Communicate CRM standards, follow up for associate compliance, and ensure team adherence to policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance.
