Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess TWS reports and analyze countermeasures.
  • •Design platform-specific CCMs including ECM, expendables, and manoeuvres.
  • •Generate countermeasure handbooks and tactics reports with descriptions and rationale.
  • •Support operations by communicating tactics and CM rationale with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Plan trials and process/analyze trials and exercise data, and develop maintain processes and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High level interpersonal skills to coordinate diverse activities and communicate, influence, and direct decision-making at all levels.
  • •Practical experience in the development and delivery of an engineering solution.
