•Oversee onboarding plans, testing agendas, and platform adoption strategies to improve client performance and demonstrate value.
•Ensure processes, SLAs, and best practices are followed, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative Services, Marketing Science, Product, Technical Consulting, Sales) to deliver integrated solutions and share learnings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

•Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with curiosity about their impact on paid media and automation.
