Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute operational risk and fraud review workflows across financial products, including identity verification investigations and account risk handling.
  • •Conduct manual investigations into suspicious behavior, application fraud, account misuse, identity-related risk, negative balance scenarios, and chargeback-related abuse.
  • •Monitor fraud, KYC, and operational dashboards to identify trends, exceptions, and emerging threats for faster response.
  • •Develop and refine operational procedures, playbooks, and controls to improve consistency, auditability, and decision quality.
  • •Analyze root causes of fraud loss or operational failure and recommend process, policy, tooling, or workflow improvements, including escalation documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in fraud operations, financial crime investigations, risk and payment fraud operations, KYC, and/or trust and safety in fintech, ecommerce, payments, or other high-risk environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of fraud prevention concepts, operational risk controls, KYC/identity verification workflows, and case investigation practices.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to assess risk signals and investigate complex cases effectively.
