Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the team delivering global Procure-to-Pay operational support; manage workload prioritization, service standards, and escalations.
  • •Oversee support for tail spend transactions, PR/PO operational support, PO changes and confirmations, supplier onboarding, catalog support, receiving issues, and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Monitor KPIs (turnaround time, backlog, aging items, error trends, rework, service quality) and act as the escalation point for operational issues and cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness by maintaining SOPs, control documentation, transaction evidence, and supporting SOX/IATF/customer and internal audits.
  • •Act as a Procure-to-Pay SME and drive automation/AI-enabled workflows by partnering with IT, data, and automation teams; support implementation, UAT, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Typically 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, shared services, business operations, finance operations, or supply chain operations.
  • •Prior people management experience leading P2P, procurement operations, transactional procurement, shared services, or service delivery teams.
  • •Strong understanding of P2P processes: requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, catalog management, receiving, invoice reconciliation, and procurement controls.
  • •Experience with SAP, Ariba (or other P2P systems).
