Build and run a dedicated executive-communications and thought-leadership program for TrendAI, scaling executive visibility across topics, outlets, and channels. •Map priority spokesperson targets (topics, outlets, channels) and systematically expand visibility through benchmarking.
•Identify and land executive placements, speaking engagements, bylines, podcasts, and social opportunities.
•Maintain per-spokesperson POV documents to route opportunities cleanly and consistently.
•Co-build and run the thought-leadership program cadence through recorded working sessions with spokespeople.
•Manage the spokesperson roster and partner with PR/editorial to coordinate executive voice with the broader narrative.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in executive communications, PR, or thought-leadership programs with direct, first-class exec-comms experience (ghostwriting/voice, placement, executive positioning).
•Proven track record landing executive visibility (placements, bylines, keynotes, podcasts) for senior leaders.
•Excellent writing and editorial judgment; able to capture and reproduce an executive’s authentic voice.
•Comfortable coaching and challenging senior executives, including reporter-style pressure-testing.
•High AI fluency and eagerness to use tooling that scales voice capture and content.
