  • •Provide contract leadership from start through close-out, including terms and conditions review and advice on rights and obligations.
  • •Act as the primary focal point for external and internal customers regarding contract issues and interpretation of requirements.
  • •Mitigate contractual and programmatic risks through discretion, independent work, and innovative solutions to contracting issues.
  • •Partner with managers across the organization and the U.S. Government and help apply CORE process improvement tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of contract management (or advanced degree and 5+ years) focused on drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for access to restricted systems/tools under the program/contract.
  • •Strong contracting knowledge including document drafting and negotiation skills.
  • •Preferred: experience with FAR and DFARs.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate.
