Key Responsibilities

  • •Review SOWs and project contracts to determine timelines and allocation of internal and third-party resources across project phases.
  • •Coordinate project activities to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget completion using established procedures and MS Project on SharePoint.
  • •Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain effective cross-functional coordination across sales, technical teams, support, finance, and third parties.
  • •Communicate with customers on delivery, change orders, and on-site visits; provide timely, professional responses to concerns.
  • •Monitor weekly project status, identify risks or problems, handle scope/schedule/cost changes through change order procedures, and maintain accurate project records and reports.

Salary: CAD 85,800 - 109,450

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of project management experience in the audiovisual (AV), technology integration, or related industry.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and customer communications.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Experience managing project financials, change orders, procurement activities, and risk mitigation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred); PMP or equivalent is an asset.
