Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process.
  • •Inspect and verify non-conforming parts at the Santa Ana Site and at supplier sites as assigned.
  • •Assist with root cause analysis and dispositioning of non-conforming material in a timely manner.
  • •Perform Verification of First Article Inspection (FAI) on incoming material and coordinate acceptance of supplier-submitted FAI data.
  • •Create and execute inspection plans (incoming, in-process steps, end of line) and train technicians/inspectors to execute them and capture data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 41.35 - 53.85 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree (or equivalent) in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in metrology inspection or a quality role.
  • •Experience supporting production and working in quality management.
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MES software and inspection data management tools.
  • •Experience with calibrated equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM, Faro arm, OMM) and reading/interpreting engineering drawings.
  • •Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
