Key Responsibilities

  • •Take extreme ownership of production planning from late-stage prototype through mass-production ramp.
  • •Design high-throughput manufacturing systems to achieve target cycle times and first-pass-yield.
  • •Drive product design optimization using first-principles DFM/A and poka-yoke to reduce part count and complexity.
  • •Lead manufacturing virtual-build events and manufacturing launch schedules, including feasibility, assembly sequencing, clearance analysis, and tolerance stack-up risk review.
  • •Define manufacturing system datastructures (MBoM/BoP/BoE) and support FAT/SAT automation-cell bring-up while providing daily MES-controlled production support.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3+ years of mechanical, manufacturing, build, or integration experience gained through projects, research, internships, or professional roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial & systems, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Graduating with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree by December 2026 or January 2027.
  • •Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
