Head of Structural Engineering – UK & Ireland

Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Structural Engineering practice across the UK & Ireland. Drive design excellence and technical quality while overseeing major structural and multidisciplinary commissions, acting as Design Authority or Technical Reviewer when needed. Partner on bids and market positioning, cultivate senior client relationships, and provide people/talent leadership across recruitment, succession, CPD, and accreditation. Own practice-wide operational and financial performance, resource planning, and QA/QC standards.
