Job Summary

Partner with TikTok’s sales, marketing, and monetization teams to support operations across METAPSA and EECA from Dubai. Lead negotiations and draft a range of commercial agreements, advise on monetization and sales-related legal and regulatory issues, and support ad/agency questionnaires. Drive knowledge management, template and playbook development, training, and global process improvements while coordinating external counsel and helping the business scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a legal advisor and business partner to sales, marketing, and monetization functions across METAPSA and EECA.
•Lead negotiations with key media buying clients and draft and negotiate agreements (e.g., sales contracts, trading/partnership agreements, sponsorship, service provider SOWs, talent and image releases, NDAs, competition T&Cs).
•Advise on legal and regulatory issues impacting TikTok’s monetization and sales operations across METAPSA and EECA, including advertising standards and compliance.
•Respond to ad hoc legal requests and coordinate legal responses to advertiser and agency questionnaires.
•Own knowledge management and improve legal processes through template/playbook development, training, and cross-regional streamlining projects, coordinating external counsel as needed.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in an in-house legal department or a reputable law firm, ideally with regional EMEA experience.
•Qualified to practice law and in good standing in the UK, US, or another common law jurisdiction.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external clients.
•Expertise advising, drafting, and negotiating sales and commercial contracts.
•Strong commercial acumen and ability to make commercial decisions while working closely with senior stakeholders.
