Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with private client prospects and existing clients using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess financial needs, gather and document client data, and recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions—referring to specialized partners when needed. Grow a referral pipeline through internal/external centers of influence, prospecting, and documentation. Support branch operations as needed while ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact on clients personally, professionally, and financially.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, provide customized recommendations, and deliver client solutions through referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations including assisting with teller-line transactions as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required), with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal interaction skills to build rapport quickly, plus demonstrated influencing of business partners and leveraging centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) (required).
