Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations across an assigned region, partnering with Distribution Center Managers to improve workflow, order fulfillment, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service. Lead operational reviews, facility audits, and KPI analysis to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Coach and develop warehouse leadership teams, ensure SOP and safety/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Distribution Center Managers and ensure daily execution of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
•Monitor workflow planning, labor allocation, and productivity metrics to ensure on-time processing and efficient labor utilization.
•Ensure consistent execution of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across assigned Distribution Centers through regular reviews, audits, and performance assessments.
•Analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
•Coach and develop Distribution Center Managers and Supervisors, maintain safety/OSHA compliance, and partner cross-functionally (Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, HR) to resolve operational issues.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience with multi-site leadership preferred.
•Proven ability to improve warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, and overall operational performance.
•Strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing Distribution Center Managers and warehouse leadership teams.
•Proficiency with WMS systems and inventory management tools, plus Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel.
