Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the vision and roadmap for a multi-surface reporting system (in-app reports, dashboards, scheduled delivery, exports, APIs/connectors, embedded surfaces, and AI/agent experiences).
  • •Translate customer reporting needs across payroll, finance, HR, executive/manager/internal operator, and partner personas into clear product priorities.
  • •Build trusted payroll-grade reporting capabilities including standard/configurable reports, GL/journal exports, variance reporting, reconciliation, definitions, permissions, lineage, auditability, and observability.
  • •Develop intelligent insights using AI, anomaly detection, driver analysis, and proactive recommendations with explainable, source-backed, compliant outputs.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver technically sound, scalable solutions and measure impact via KPIs for adoption, trust, accuracy, distribution usage, retention, and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record as a Product Manager focused on reporting, analytics, data platforms, workflow, or insights products.
  • •Autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes/code using Cursor and/or Claude Code.
  • •Strong end-to-end data literacy (lineage, schemas, grain/joins/aggregations) and comfort validating metrics.
  • •Read/write SQL to validate results, investigate discrepancies, and ensure metrics are well-defined and reconciled.
