Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the GM’s right-hand for strategic finance decisions and define long-term country goals jointly with the GM.
  • •Set and review monthly/quarterly country and department targets; implement corporate strategy throughout the annual planning cycle at country and city levels.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable execution and develop profitability analysis for new ideas and businesses.
  • •Lead finance operations by working with global finance teams to resolve day-to-day finance issues and ensure customer, partner, and courier satisfaction.
  • •Own reporting, accounting, and tax: prepare and present P&L/BS reporting, coordinate financial statements, manage relationships with auditors/administrations/consultants, and optimize fiscal policy.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance, including leading major projects.
  • •Advanced accounting and finance knowledge.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and present quantitative data using tools such as Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • •Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve goals, with hands-on and autonomous working style.
  • •Fluent in English and French (Arabic is an advantage).
