Key Responsibilities

•Drive the store net sales and consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity.
•Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
•Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store.
•Support store management by delivering outstanding customer experience while meeting commercial goals.

Key Requirements

•Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
•You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
•Availability to work 38 hours per week, flexible to the store's trading hours across weekdays and weekends.
