Provide IT support by managing incoming tickets, helping users navigate platforms, and troubleshooting software configuration and integration issues. Key Responsibilities

•Manage low-level incoming tickets, assist users with platform navigation, and troubleshoot software configuration or integration issues.
•Guide new business clients through setup and implementation of custom IT infrastructure or software packages.
•Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner remotely.
•Manage user accounts and access permissions across platforms, including Microsoft 365.
•Log and track support requests and incidents in a ticketing system and develop technical documentation and user guides.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.49 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in an IT support, service desk, or help-desk role.
•Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365/Office 365 ecosystem.
•Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical, analytical approach.
•Strong communication and customer service skills; experience with a help-desk ticketing system is desirable.
