Job Summary

Technical data-focused Platform Customer Success Engineer responsible for helping engineering, analytics and DevOps teams adopt and scale the enterprise Data & Analytics platform. You will assist with onboarding, design robust implementations, build automation, and improve developer experience by partnering with platform engineering and customer teams on CI/CD, API integration, Databricks, Azure, and AI-enabled data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable and support internal teams in effectively adopting and building on enterprise platform capabilities.
•Develop AI-powered support capabilities, automation solutions, and self-service experiences to improve customer productivity and reduce support effort.
•Partner with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams to design and implement robust technical solutions.
•Guide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.
•Build and promote reusable “golden path” solutions that simplify platform adoption and accelerate delivery across teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
•Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk or equivalent.
•Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and large-scale data processing.
