Job Summary

Evaluate business applications for Ramp’s corporate card and bill pay products across EU and US applicants. Analyze financial statements, banking and bureau data, and other risk signals to recommend underwriting outcomes and request additional information when needed. Maintain high-quality decisions against SLAs while documenting reasoning, improving underwriting workflows and SOPs, and partnering with Risk Strategy, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support. Apply AI and automation to increase speed, consistency, and review quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Review new business applications and make underwriting recommendations across Ramp’s corporate card and bill pay products for EU and US applicants.
•Analyze financial statements, bank data, bureau information, application details, and other risk signals to assess business health and repayment ability.
•Recommend underwriting outcomes (e.g., approve/decline, lower limits, request more information, or apply risk controls).
•Communicate clearly with customers when additional financial information or context is required.
•Maintain decision quality while managing a queue with defined SLAs and continuously improve underwriting documentation, workflows, and operating procedures.

Key Requirements
