Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver scalable benefits solutions for technically challenging client accounts requiring senior-level expertise.
  • •Partner with client stakeholders to implement robust, repeatable frameworks and define standard templates, processes, and documentation.
  • •Support system, data, and configuration teams to ensure consistent execution, including production deployment of updates and migrations.
  • •Gather requirements and prepare requirements definition documentation for client plan design and system enhancement/maintenance.
  • •Communicate status, manage risks, and participate in client presentations, workshops, and training sessions; provide best-practice guidance and troubleshooting support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, or equivalent experience.

  • •Strong grasp of financial/business metrics and core risk management concepts.
  • •Experience with project lifecycle models and Agile software delivery.
  • •Hands-on experience with configuration, event flows, testing, and troubleshooting in complex systems.
