Job Summary

Lead the CSM resource and headcount planning workstream within Business Planning & Performance in Customer Success. Partner with CSM leaders, Finance, and resource planning teams to allocate headcount by customer needs and the funding model, and connect planning to GTM strategy. Drive reporting improvements, translate complex headcount and financial modeling into actionable strategies, and influence stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee distribution of CSM resources across operating units globally, ensuring headcount aligns with business priorities and the funding model.
•Maintain relationships with each Customer Success operating unit leader and understand their needs and nuances.
•Manage cross-functional stakeholders across StratOps, Finance, and Resource Planning teams to drive alignment on headcount strategy.
•Maintain the headcount planning workstream, including cadence, process, and outputs to keep leadership and partners informed.
•Partner with Finance and resource planning teams to connect the funding model and headcount planning to GTM strategy and reporting improvements.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 164,000 - 261,500 annually

•10+ years of professional experience in consulting, financial planning & analysis, strategy & operations, or similar fields.
•Deep understanding of headcount planning, financial modeling, and workforce funding models.

•Ability to work with large datasets; strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools to build and maintain planning models.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives without direct authority.
