Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere throughout shifts at The Echo Lounge and Music Hall by circulating the floor, responding to guest needs, and handling trash and recyclables properly. Assist with stocking and resetting service areas, operate venue trash procedures (including compactor use), and ensure spill cleanup, restrooms, and venue surfaces are kept in top condition. Follow housekeeping standards, observe safety practices, and support MOD with lost-and-found and pre-shift tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and politely, maintaining a clean guest-facing atmosphere by circulating throughout the shift.
•Clean and stock line to par, keep floors neat and obstacle-free, and clean spills immediately using floor signage to caution guests and staff.
•Operate venue waste procedures, including proper disposal and recycling separation, and ensure trash containers are clean and odor-free.
•Clean and maintain venue areas including restrooms, floors, rugs, and service/storage rooms; refill dispensers and replace/report issues like burned-out light bulbs.
•Follow housekeeping standards and safety practices, attend pre-shift meetings with MOD, and turn lost-and-found items into MOD.

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) required.
•Three or more years in cleaning services or related work.
•Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
•Detail-oriented team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
•Early morning and daytime availability, with sense of urgency and strong time management.
•High school diploma.
