•Provide support on technical product development for assigned Operations projects within the Health R&D team, taking a technical lead on projects.
•Utilize formulation skills and technical expertise to develop new products, technologies, and benefits for relevant consumer needs.
•Apply SOP/ISO protocols for data generation for product registration, maintain lab equipment, and keep accurate laboratory notebooks following safety and good housekeeping requirements.
•Interpret results from lab tests and conduct performance and analysis evaluations of competitive products.
•Interface with supply, regulatory, and marketing stakeholders to achieve objectives while incorporating Category Quality requirements and enforcing right-first-time practices and safety/health/environment accountability.

•Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques for working at the bench with chemistry/surfactants or related science.
•Good written and oral communication skills for lab reports, data entry, and feedback to project teams or a supervisor.
