Key Responsibilities

•Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building the new products or platform for Compass.
•Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution.
•Champion with product, design, engineers, and operation leadership. Communicate with Executive Leadership on progress and risk.
•Drive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our product development teams, collaborating closely with infrastructure and cross-functional groups across the company.
•Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs that may span multiple organizations and locations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,430 - 192,700 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
•7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment.
•Strong verbal and written communication — excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.
•Experience in overseeing large scale complex migrations and integrations.
•Familiarity with cross-functional technical programs across core enterprise platforms (e.g., corporate systems, identity governance, collaboration/productivity tools) and large-scale infrastructure transformations.
