Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the US steel sourcing team through managers and senior contributors to execute strategy and develop future leaders.
  • •Set and deploy US steel sourcing strategies by product, category, and supplier, translating business plans into roadmaps.
  • •Own US steel spend performance and total cost of ownership while ensuring supply continuity and technical compliance.
  • •Negotiate, execute, and manage long-term Master Supply Agreements and commercial frameworks, qualifying and onboarding suppliers.
  • •Track US steel market trends and mitigate supply, pricing, and geopolitical risks through diversified sourcing strategies.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in sourcing or strategic category management (steel/metal experience preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • •Advanced negotiation skills and strong understanding of US commercial contracts.
  • •Manufacturing and logistics background required.
  • •Ability to communicate and present sourcing strategies at an executive level.
