Job Summary

A high-impact, 0-to-1 build role leading the design and implementation of an AI-native finance function. You’ll rebuild core finance processes, deploy AI across workflows, and own the tech stack and operating model, partnering with founders, CFO, and engineering/data teams to deliver real-time financial insight and scalable systems in a hypergrowth environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design the finance function from first principles and rebuild core processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A) to eliminate manual work.
•Deploy AI across high-leverage workflows, including forecasting, scenario modelling, automated reporting, close/reconciliation, collections, risk and anomaly detection.
•Build and own the technical stack with modular, API-friendly architecture, evaluating ERP vs lightweight tooling, build vs buy, and data design.
•Collaborate with engineering and data teams to translate financial logic into production systems.
•Redesign the operating model to augment humans with AI, defining roles that can be automated and ensuring scalable, real-time financial insight.
