Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer equity programs and grants, managing the grant and approval process end to end including vesting, exercises, releases, and terminations.
  • •Oversee daily equity operations by maintaining accurate participant, grant, and vesting records in the stock plan system.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for equity questions and support participant communications and education.
  • •Maintain equity program controls and documentation to ensure awards are administered according to plan documents and approvals.
  • •Own and maintain the equity administration system (Shareworks) and support equity reporting and stock-based compensation accounting processes.

Key Requirements
