We are seeking a driven Mid-Market Account Executive to build and scale our US sales team, owning a large part of revenue generation, managing a BDR, and driving full sales cycles from prospecting to closing in a fast-paced, early-stage B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Run full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including opportunities generated by marketing and BDRs.
•Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through their buying journey and address market challenges.
•Develop a deep audience understanding of developers and product leaders in startups responsible for building product integrations.
•Help design and optimize sales processes to improve the customer journey and sales efficiency.
•Mentor new sales team members and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, product, growth, and platform teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 260,000

Key Requirements

•You have sold in an early-stage B2B startup (seed to Series C) and have a proven track record in outbound and inside sales.
•You excel at full sales-cycle management, from prospecting to closing, and can manage a large sales funnel end-to-end.
•You are a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to negotiate and close deals effectively.
•You have 2+ years of experience as a top-performing account executive.
•You have experience selling a technical SaaS product with consistent ACVs of $40k+.
