Lead store sales efforts to meet and exceed individual store goals. Drive an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor, inspire associates to build clientele and retention, and use NPS feedback to improve service. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking, monitor BOH and fulfillment metrics, support loss prevention, and maintain store operations and merchandising standards. Coach, onboard, and train associates alongside in-store leadership.
