Key Responsibilities

  • •Own integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows across Core IT, including orchestration tooling, agentic workflows, and system connections that remove manual work.
  • •Build and maintain automation that serves other functions, including service organization and identity, to unlock capacity for technical teams.
  • •Evaluate and adopt new automation and AI tooling, advising where it belongs within the organization’s systems.
  • •Manage engineers in the US and India, growing the team’s capabilities and skills as the mandate expands.
  • •Set technical direction and unify delivery across multiple reporting lines with shared metrics (capacity, throughput, velocity) and aligned working rhythm across time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or automation engineering, including 3+ years directly managing engineers.
  • •Experience managing a globally distributed engineering team across multiple time zones, including India.
  • •Hands-on workflow automation and orchestration tooling experience (Selenium, Workato, or similar) and building integrations across enterprise systems.
  • •A track record of setting technical direction and a shared roadmap for a team (not just operating an existing plan).
  • •Proficiency in Python/JavaScript with experience reading/reviewing pull requests and guiding developers on CI/CD, TDD, and GitHub best practices.
