Job Summary

Support daily production and testing for high-reliability inertial products on the Cheshire Operations team. Troubleshoot issues, stabilize processes, and improve work instructions, routings, and test procedures. Lead RCCA investigations, drive continuous improvement aligned with safety/quality/delivery/cost, and maintain configuration control and documentation discipline. Use SAP for BOM control and traceability, support customer audits and New Product Introduction, and train/certify operators on critical manufacturing and testing processes.
