  • •Lead procurement and supply chain participation in product development, New Product Introduction (NPI), and industrialization projects.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of procurement experience in a highly technical manufacturing environment.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience within Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Materials Management.
  • •Experience with vacuum technology or high-tech equipment manufacturing industry.
  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • •Extensive technical knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes, including ability to discuss vacuum components with suppliers and internal teams.
