Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project teams to deliver successful outcomes through collaboration and strategic leadership.
  • •Coordinate contractors, consultants, and advisors across multiple projects while ensuring adherence to risk, schedule, and governance requirements.
  • •Develop business cases in line with Government standards that clearly outline objectives, costs, and benefits.
  • •Deliver high-profile defence projects by applying experience in the Defence Sector and MoD engagement, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • •Balance hybrid working arrangements with client site/office attendance (approximately 60% on-site) to meet project demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Leading and managing project teams, delivering successful outcomes through collaboration and strategic leadership; experience with risk management, schedule management, governance & assurance (APM framework).
  • •Experience in the Defence Sector; experience working with MoD either directly or via industry.
  • •Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2, APM PMQ, AGILE); NEC4 ECC PMA; Managing Successful Programmes (MSP); MAPM membership.
  • •Must have or be able to attain UK MoD Security Clearance (UK Passport Holder).
  • •Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and advisors across multiple projects.
